School of Bartending and Waitering
The philosophy of the school of Bartending & Waitering is to provide a
sound, comprehensive, and practical foundation through a program that
captures the essence of the Jamaican Food &
Beverage industry that in return will provide positive growth and
development on the Human Resources aspect of the Jamaican economy.
The program will provide a solid practical foundation
and socio-cultural development for each student enrolled. The program
will develop the students’ application and demonstrative skills
through the ‘real world’ ‘hands on’ experience of a student run dining
room and bar. This opportunity will afford each student the
responsibility of serving the working public. |
